Balance is always found by following the Holy Spirit for your life. Seek God first and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit, then set priorities and ask for God's help in following them.
Honor your priorities first and SET LIMITS in on all that you do. To much of any one thing causes imbalance...
WHAT IS BALANCE?
BALANCE= a harmonious or satisfying arrangement of parts or elements.Verb form = to regulate different powers, so as to keep them in a state of just proportion.
-Having equilibrium, harmony, and stability in your life; essentially, not living in extremes.NO one has the perfect definition of balance EXCEPT God, after all he balances the sun, moon and the stars and much more.
ÞDon’t be so spiritually minded that you are no earthy good.
Þ Stay in Balance
Þ Balance takes wisdom
Þ Balance must be maintained -(make adjustments)
Þ Ask for help
Þ Endure the strain
Þ Pruned if you do, pruned if you don’t.
Þ Restrict yourself
Þ Areas in need of balance
Þ Two sides of life
Þ Being out of balance causes problems
Þ Nothing looks good when you are tired
Þ Be emotionally balanced (no real highs and lows)
Þ God gives you the ability to enjoy the Christian life with balance.
Þ Love yourself in a balanced way.
Þ We can find balance if we are willing to believe that God’s Holy Spirit is a power greater that ourselves and that he can restore us to sanity.
Job 14:5 (AMP) 5 Since a man’s days are already determined, and the number of his months is wholly in Your control, and he cannot pass the bounds of his allotted time—
God has set limits on our lives we must set limits on our time.
Jeremiah 31:9 (AMP) 9 They will come with weeping [in penitence and for joy], pouring out prayers [for the future]. I will lead them back; I will cause them to walk by streams of water and bring them in a straight way in which they will not stumble,
IT'S a vicious circle WATCH OUT!
Walking in balance is a straight line that propels us forward. Walking in circles keeps us from moving forward and instead of progress we dig ourselves into ruts or (pits).
Staying in balance requires us to pay attention, be mindful and watch out for distractions because distractions cause you to lose your focus. Lack of focus causes us to stumble and creates messes in our lives.
When we create messes in our lives it leads us to seek escapes to avoid them. Escapes are really distractions and the cycle repeats itself. It’s a circle we don't want to go there so we will need to pay attention.
Escapes are distractions that unless we keep focused on balance these distractions become addictions:

Sex
Food
